These are the steps you need to follow to set up the map: Unzip the File Take the Entire Music folder and drop it into: ...\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*Your Account*\half-life 2\hl2\sound Thus making a directory that looks like this: ...\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*Your Account*\half-life 2\hl2\sound\Music
Take the file: al_mallbrawl_Demo.bsp and drop it into the maps folder: ...\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*Your Account*\half-life 2\hl2\maps
You can start the map by enabling your in-game console and then typing at the prompt: map al_mallbrawl_Demo This should get you rolling. Hope You Like It!
